We begin our training with a series of evaluations in order to understand your dog’s unique needs and behaviors, as well as determine your goals as an owner.
A short call to go over your dog’s behaviors and your goals for the training.
We will discuss your dog’s training needs and outline what you’re looking to gain from the training.
Once we have a basic understanding of your needs, we’ll map out a game plan that is appropriate for your dog.
(Prerequisite to schedule an in-person evaluation)
A 45 minute consultation with you and your dog. We will ask a series of questions to get a sense of your dog’s unique needs and challenges, and take a look at where your dog is in his/her current training. We will then handle your dog to gain a better understanding of his/her temperament, trainability, and responsiveness. By the end of this session, we’ll determine if we are a good fit to work together. If so, we’ll have a program in place to help you achieve your goals and begin training.
